Background

I am a believer in our Lord Jesus Christ and I testify to his love and saving grace. I am a college professor and have been teaching for over 20 years. As a life coach, I combine my love for the Lord with my love for teaching and mentoring. I received my Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in behavioral neuroscience. I have taught classes on psychology, research methods, statistical analysis, brain & behavior, motivation, personality and adjustment. My passion for teaching has been recognized with teaching excellence awards and the best reward is seeing the impact of my teaching on others. As my client, you will receive coaching to guide you to live a more fulfilling life. I am blessed to be a partner in your journey!

Philosophy

Life is a nonstop opportunity to learn and grow. As your life coach, I will help you develop a mindset that will change your perspective on your past experiences and on your path forward. As an educator, I design curriculum to stimulate interest, give insight, and promote learning. As a life coach, I listen to your story, provide structured lessons to guide discovery, and encourage application & practice. Every person is unique, so your coaching sessions will focus on your personality, experiences & perspectives, resulting in specific applications of the lessons. You will be provided the opportunity to choose from a variety of coaching session schedules that fit with your goals.
